Its hard to understand the kayak industry unless you’re in it. We love to kayak but we also love to party, loud, long, and hard. The Feather Festival on the North Fork of the Feather river has continued to be a hub for great racing and EPIC partying. This year was no exception. Some of the top athletes on the west coast came and showed what they were made of.

There are a few events featured at the festival, time trials, Hangover-X, and SUP. This year Taylor Robertson cleaned house, 1st place in long boat, boater-x, and SUP. SAVAGE. Here are some photos of the event courtesy of Callie Daniel.

Hope everyone has been enjoying the week. I am getting fired up for the Feather Festival this weekend and looking forward to out upcoming premier. The show will be hosted by Shasta Boyz and Huckin Huge, so you know its going to be a good time.

The event will held in Chico, CA at Dragon Graphics on Friday OCT. 1st

For Labor day weekend myself, Rush Sturges, and Ben Stookesberry decided to enjoy a leisurely day on the Upper Klamath. Its located about an hour and a half from Mt. Shasta which was perfect since we all wanted to make it back for a Sweatshop Union concert that night.

The concert was EPIC and we enjoyed a bbq with good friends. We all had a great time and were stoked to be kayaking and the Sweatshop rager was just the icing on the cake.
